Once the property is registered in your name, we will, on your behalf, assist you enlist the services of a local letting agency and monitor these agents on a regular basis until they find you your first tenant.
Once the tenant is secured the letting agent will deal with you directly.
We will however always be available for advice and support on any future issues.
